Further, to register, local presence is required, domains per applicant are unlimited and multiple domains are allowed. The cost to register a domain name is Ch$ 20.000 (VAT included), approximately US$ 35/2 years and domain registration fee is $150, which is inclusive of application fee but the maintenance fee is variable. Further, applicants must provide the name and RUT number of an administrative contact with an address in Chile for the same.
